Artist's Description
I began this painting with the intention of creating a celestial type skyscape. As the painting progressed, there was the slightest suggestion of the figure of an angel and I decided to develop it more. One observer suggested this angel is the guardian angel for our troops because of the predominance of red, white, and blue. The original painting was on 22x28 inch canvas and has been sold.
